You can totally play Cities: Skylines on Mac by either downloading it from Steam, or streaming it through Boosteroid or GeForce Now. If we learn more about the upcoming game, we’ll make sure to create a separate post covering it. Cities: Skylines II is set to released sometime in 2023, but there isn’t an exact date as of the time of writing this article. Besides, the majority of games from the same developer, and city-building games in general, are available for Apple computers, so we see no reason why the soon-to-be-released sequel wouldn’t come to Mac. We suspect that the upcoming Cities: Skylines 2 will also be on Mac, if not at launch, then at least sometime later, seeing as how the first game had macOS from day one.
